Damaged or faulty goods must be notified to Paradise Jewellery within three working days from receipt of the goods and returned to Paradise Jewellery within 7 working days. Failure to notify Paradise Jewellery may result in the rejection of the returned goods. Goods must be returned in individual bags, clearly coded and with outer protective packaging. Goods which Paradise Jewellery deem to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be credited or replaced. Replacement is at the discretion of Paradise Jewellery.
Paradise Jewellery reserves the right to charge a handling and restocking fee for items returned for reasons other than being damaged or faulty. Goods returned for credit may also be liable to a handling and restocking fee if not returned in the original packaging or require excessive cleaning.
Goods returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted for credit. Paradise Jewellery reserves the right to refuse credit for items damaged by inapropriate use.
