is based on the weight and size of the packet, Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded where applicable, free for orders over £400, overseas and other charged at cost. If you require guaranteed next day delivery please contact us for the actual cost, the full amount will be charged.
Overseas customers are responsible for paying any duty or tax levied on import.

How do I place a wholesale order?
Register for an account on our website to access our wholesale pricing. Browse our collections and add your chosen items to your cart. Once ready, proceed to checkout to complete your order. You can also place your order over the phone if you’d prefer!
What is the minimum order value?
If you order through the website there is no minimum but please remember this is a wholesale site.
What are your delivery times and shipping methods?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days, and delivery times will vary by location. We use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, we only ship to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Is your jewellery sterling silver?
Our silver jewellery is made from authentic 925 sterling silver, ensuring high quality and durability. Items over 7.78g are hallmarked according to UK law at Th London Assay Office. While many of our pieces are under this weight and thus not required to be hallmarked, they often feature a 925 stamp, provided there’s space on the piece.
Is your jewellery nickel free?
Yes, all our jewellery is 925 silver, suitable for people with sensitive skin.
How should I care for and clean my jewellery?
Keep your silver jewellery in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Clean it with a soft cloth and use polish wipes or silver dip for tarnished items. We recommend that you avoid contact with chemicals, and perfumes on your jewellery, some stones, pearl and shells are porous and may be damaged.
Are your products ethically sourced?
Yes, all our wholesale jewellery is ethically sourced, ensuring fair wages and safe conditions across our supply chain.
Can I visit your showroom?
No, sorry we don’t have a showroom but you can have a personal visit with samples in most parts of the UK.
Can I use your product images for my marketing?
It is not possible to lift pictures from the website to functionality issues, however we are happy to email them to you.
